There are lots of crazy ingredients that are included in diet pills.  Some of these ingredients may be able to cause weight loss but others just sound impressive.  Zi Xiu Tang uses bee pollen.  It is not a very common ingredient among diet pills so what can you expect?

According to the official website for Zi Xiu Tang, bee pollen can increase metabolism, provide energy, reduce cholesterol, and help you to lose belly fat.  A lot of people have been skeptical about using bee pollen for weight loss but there is the potential that it may work.  Is Zi Xiu Tang safe for everyone to use?

There is very little information about Zi Xiu Tang on the official website.  They do not say much about the ingredients aside from the bee pollen.  The other ingredients listed for Zi Xiu Tang are chinese yam, barbarry wolfberry fruit, lotus seed, and fiber.

The fiber may be helpful for weight loss because it takes longer to digest and thus keeps you feeling full throughout the day.  However, Zi Xiu Tang does not specify if you are getting enough fiber to make a difference.

The other ingredients have very little to do with weight loss.  They have not been proven to increase metabolism and sustain fat loss.  And without clinical studies backing up these ingredients it is unlikely that you can expect significant weight loss results.

Bee pollen is supposed to increase metabolism.  Unfortunately, clinical studies do not back up the effectiveness of bee pollen.  This is the main ingredient in Zi Xiu Tang but without research to back up their claims I am skeptical that you will experience any of your desired results when using Zi Xiu Tang.

I am severely allergic to bees.  Because of that I am going to stay far away from Zi Xiu Tang.  It may not cause a similar allergic reaction but some people I interviewed said that they experienced allergic reactions to this product.  In addition, there have been a few reports of kidney failure among users of a Zi Xiu Tang supplement.

Zi Xiu Tang is $55 for one box.  You may also get a box of a different cleanse for free which could be a good thing but $55 is a lot for a diet pill for men that has not been proven.  I could not find information about a guarantee.
