You’ll notice that NOW Diet Support doesn’t claim to be a breakthrough in weight loss supplements, a miracle discovery or anything like that.  And NOW Diet Support continually points out that it can help you only if you avoid a diet high in fat, sugar and salt and exercise consistently.

NOW Diet Support Ingredient Quality

NOW Diet Support contains vitamin B6 (10mg which is 500% of the daily requirement for a 2,000 calorie diet), pantothenic acid (10 mg, 100%), iodine from kelp (15o mcg, 100%) chromium (from amino acid chelate  (200 mcg, 167%), L-carnitine 250mg and green tea extract 200 mg. No recommended daily requirements have been established for Forslean, L-carnitine and green tea.

However, green tea extract has been proven to aid in weight loss and L-carnitine is a popular thermogenic known to boost metabolism and suppress hunger. NOW Diet Support DOES NOT contain sugar, yeast, salt, gluten, wheat, soy, milk, egg, shellfish or preservatives.
