A few years ago I found myself in the Dominican Republic for a few months for work. While there, I got some terrible ingrown toe nails. Pain shot up my body with each step. While there I realized that even though he proudly referred to himself as a doctor, he had never been to Medical School.

Despite the fact that he didn’t have any real medical credentials, I decided to give him a shot. This would be a mistake I would regret for months as my ingrown toe nails suddenly got exponentially worse after the “doctor” clipped off the edges of my nails.

From that experience I realized the importance of a doctor having real scientific credentials. Just as it is essential for a doctor to have a valid medical degree so it is with diet pills to be backed by real science. Many diet pills claim huge results but have zero scientific backing. The best diet pills out there are backed by clinical studies.

Ingredient Quality

The EST Suppressor contains the following ingredients: Vitamin B6, Prickly Pear Cactus Extract,Brassica Oleracea, Green tea extract (decaffeinated), L Taurine, Baozine.

The only ingredient with any real scientific backing for weight loss in the EST Suppressor is green tea and unfortunately the dosage of green tea in the EST Suppressor is not disclosed so there is no way of knowing whether or not there is a sufficient dosage to make a difference.

Because the EST Suppressor is backed by little scientific evidence, I am wary of recommeding it just like I would be wary to go to  a doctor without any real medical credentials. The EST Suppressor can be found online for around $25. If you are looking for a diet pill backed by science, I recommend taking a look at a higher rated diet pill.
