Have you ever done something like this? When I was around 10, we went on a big family road trip. Does Xenadrine RIPPED work or will it just give you the jitters?

There are no gender specific ingredients in Xenadrine RIPPED or anything that would boost testosterone or promote lean muscle mass.

Ingredient Quality

As we mentioned earlier, Xenadrine Ripped is contains a huge dosage of caffeine. 77 percent (325 milligrams of the 424 milligrams) of its proprietary blend is comprised of strictly caffeine. 325 milligrams of caffeine will definitely boost up your energy and concentration levels, but it is also likely to lead to side effects such as headaches, insomnia, nervousness, nausea, the jitters, and anxiety.

The other 109 milligrams in Xenadrine Ripped include some quality ingredients such as Alchemilla vulgaris extract, , Cuminum cyminum extract,  and Mentha longfolia extract. Each of these 3 ingredients are backed by some scientific research to increase the body’s natural fat burning rate. However, 109 milligrams won’t get the job done. 109 milligrams of these ingredients is like expecting to get full from a Costco Sample Size of Ham.

Overall Value

With such a high dosage of caffeine and bare minimum dosages of its “key ingredients”, I am wary of recommending Xenadrine RIPPED. If you are serious about weight loss, it is just a disappointment waiting to happen. There are much better diet pills available for around the same price.
